SALSA BLOODY MARY In a blender combine 4 cups tomato juice, 2 cups bottled salsa, ¼ cup lime juice, 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish, and ½ teaspoon celery salt. Cover and blend to desired consistency. Add hot pepper sauce to taste. Cover and chill. To serve, divide tomato juice mixture among eight glasses. Stir a splash of vodka into each glass and, if desired, garnish with cucumber spears, pickled jalapeños, and sliced avocado. SUNRISE SIPPER In a large pitcher stir together 3 cups orange juice, 1½ cups chilled ginger ale, 1½ cups rum, ¾ cup triple sec, and 2 tablespoons lime juice.
