TIME TO RECONNECT
I don't find switching off easy. Even lying in bed at night, my mind races in millions of different directions. I'm guilty of grabbing my phone at 2 am to start researching an idea that has sprung to mind in the stillness of the night, making notes on my trusty Notepad app as I go. I believed that's what I had do to stay ahead, despite knowing that it's not good for me. It's physically and mentally depleting, and I have reached a point where I struggle to stay in the moment, no matter how wonderful.
