There are few things more comforting to me than a lovingly prepared Sunday roast. Granted, I usually opt for a plate of roasted root vegetables rather than a roast leg of lamb, but the sentiment remains. While spring has – in the traditional sense – sprung, we can’t help but feel a certain chill still lingering in the air.
